quick check-in respectful staff good breakfast dirty room bad smell unvacuumed carpet
The breakfast had good options. The staff at breakfast were polite and helpful. The check in was quick and the staff were courteous.
The room was not clean. The bathroom smelled bad! There were used cotton pads on the floor. The carpet was unvacuumed so i could see dirt.

fantastic room burj khalifa view high quality
The room had a burj khalifa view and generally high quality. the hotel is in good condition. Many parts feel a bit dated however they remain in good condition.
The shower heads needed replacement. They gave needle-like water streams. this stinging sensation was not pleasant and affected my overall experience. i hope the hotel addresses this issue to improve guest comfort. new shower heads would enhance the showering experience significantly.

the staff was kind. i enjoyed the breakfast with its variety. the location near the train station was useful.
The shower head gave needle like water streams. THAT was uncomfortable. i believe the shower heads need replacement. The streams are stinging. The wifi was slow.

the location was CONVENIENT. everything was nearby, really. the staff were polite and assisted me. i appreciated how spacious the rooms were
